March 3
• A resident reportedly purchased $1,800 in gift cards and sent the codes to a reported scammer.
• A resident’s online grocery account reportedly was used without their permission for a purchase of $128.
March 2
• Two wooden benches reportedly were stolen from outside a home in the 1000 block of Michigan Avenue and used as firewood on the beach.
March 1
• A purse, cash and a laptop reportedly were stolen from a car in the 2300 block of Old Glenview Road after a window was broken to gain access.
Feb. 29
• A vehicle reportedly was damaged when sugar and water were put in its gas tank at Plaza del Lago, 1515 Sheridan Road.
Feb. 27
• An unlocked bicycle reportedly was stolen from the 1200 block of Green Bay Road.
• An unlocked bicycle was stolen from the 500 block of Hunter Road.
WINNETKA

Feb. 23
• A resident reportedly was scammed out of $1,000 in an attempt to purchase Taylor Swift concert tickets online. The recipient reportedly asked for more money after receiving the $1,000.
• Five bags of groceries reportedly were stolen from the front of a home in the 300 block of Park Avenue.
Feb. 22
• A home reportedly was burglarized in the 0-100 block of Harbor Street. According to the report, a police officer was doing a property check for out-of-town residents and noticed a rear door was pried open and several rooms in the home were ransacked.
HIGHLAND PARK
Feb. 24
• More than $100 worth of items reportedly were stolen from Sunset Foods, 1812 Green Bay Road.
Feb. 22
• More than $2,000 worth of products reportedly were stolen from Ulta, 135 Skokie Valley Road.
• Several bottles of liquor reportedly were stolen from Target, 2099 Skokie Valley Road.
Feb. 20
• A jacket valued at $550 reportedly was stolen from William’s Ski and Patio, 1672 Old Skokie Road.
