Ring ‘Em: Loyola gets it done in state championship
Loyola Academy girls basketball won the third state championship in program history with a 44-40 victory over Nazareth Academy on Saturday, March 2, at Illinois State University’s CEFCU Arena in Normal.
Paige Engels scored 17 points and Aubrey Galvan 15 as the Ramblers completed a 38-0 season, tying the best mark in state history.
