BOYS BASKETBALL
New Trier 64, Glenbrook North 36
Chris Kirkpatrick scored 24 points to lead the Trevians to the league victory on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Winnetka.
Loyola 47, Downers Grove South 33
Brendan Loftus racked up 18 points and 16 rebounds as the Ramblers earned a nonconference victory on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Wilmette.
Sam Golden and Luke Alvarez chipped in 11 points apiece for Loyola (14-4).
Niles West 60, Highland Park 50 (OT)
Simon Moschin tallied a game-high 27 points, while Asher Diamond added 12 for the Giants in their road loss on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Skokie.

Loyola 59, DePaul Prep 40
The Ramblers (15-2) picked up the league victory and their ninth straight victory on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Glenbrook North 44, New Trier 40
The Trevians (7-11, 2-3) dropped another close contest on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Northbrook.
Niles West 41, Highland Park 40
The Giants (9-4, 4-1) dropped their first league game of the season on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
Loyola 82, Naperville Central 46
The Ramblers took down their nonconference foe on Monday, Jan. 6.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS
New Trier 134.2, Deerfield 121.15
Clara Crossgrove swept the events on Thursday, Jan. 9, earning the all-around title (36.85 points) and leading her team to victory.
Taylor Kim placed second in the all-around (32.95) for New Trier.
Highland Park 125.3, Niles North 91.75
Lily Fussie placed first on beam (8.45) and uneven bars (8.15) to lead the Giants to a league victory on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
Maddyn Cohen (floor, 8.45), Amelie Gerber (vault, 8.55) and Jillian Mangione (vault, 8.55) also had first-place results for Highland Park.
GIRLS WRESTLING
Dundee-Crown Tournament
Jillian Giller won her weight class for New Trier, while teammate Sunny Aitzemkour placed third on Saturday, Jan. 4.
Rickover Rumble
Riley Moore (125 pounds) and Dana Holt (155) won their brackets for Highland Park on Saturday, Jan. 4, at the tournament in Chicago.
Elsa Flory added a second-place finish and Dorothy Perez third for the Giants.
