WILMETTE
Nov. 21
• An individual was arrested by Chicago police for allegedly engaging in retail theft in Wilmette.
• Two windows at Wilmette Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Ave., reportedly were damaged by pellets or BBs.
Nov. 19
• Items reportedly were stolen overnight from an unlocked car in the 400 block of Brookside Drive.
• Items reportedly were stolen from two unlocked cars in the 1000 block of Miami Road.
WINNETKA
Nov. 18
• An electrical transformer box reportedly was defaced at 925 Tower Court.
GLENCOE
Nov. 15
• A resident reportedly was scammed out of $5,701 by a caller stating the resident had missed jury duty and had to pay a fine.
HIGHLAND PARK
Nov. 24
• A vacant apartment reportedly was broken into in the 2200 block of Green Bay Road.
Nov. 23
• A wallet with cash and credit cards inside reportedly was stolen from Sunflower, a clothing store at 1882 Sheridan Road.
Nov. 22
• Cash reportedly was stolen from a counter at the Highland Park Post Office, 833 Central Ave.
• Approximately $45 in merchandise reportedly was stolen from Target, 2099 Skokie Valley Road.
• Approximately $46 in merchandise reportedly was stolen from Target, 2099 Skokie Valley Road, in a separate incident.
• A purse reportedly was stolen from a home in the 400 block of Central Avenue.
• A bicycle reportedly was stolen from a residential porch in the 1200 block of Lynn Terrace.
NORTHFIELD
No reported incidents between Nov. 18-24 that meet The Record’s standards for publication.
KENILWORTH
Nov. 19
• A wallet reportedly was stolen overnight from an unlocked car in the 300 block of Sterling Road.
