WILMETTE
July 13
• A lawnmower and edge trimmer reportedly were stolen between 1-1:24 p.m. from the 1200 block of Central Ave.
• Charging cords reportedly were stolen from Walgreens in the 800 block of Green Bay Road.
July 12
• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from Walgreens, 3232 Lake Ave.
July 10
• Two individuals were arrested for reportedly stealing liquor from Jewel, 411 Green Bay Road.
WINNETKA
July 10
• A garage door opener reportedly was stolen overnight from an unlocked car parked in a driveway in the 1100 block of Spruce Street.

• A car reportedly was stolen overnight from an unlocked garage in the 1000 block of Oak Street. The car was later recovered in Chicago, police say.
• Two vehicles in the 1500 block of Tower Road reportedly were entered overnight but nothing appeared missing.
July 8
• Jewelry worth more than $5,000 reportedly was stolen between July 4-8 from a home in the 900 block of Sheridan Road.
GLENCOE
July 11
• A 22-year-old from Dixmoor, Illinois, was charged with multiple offenses after reportedly crashing a stolen car and possessing a firearm. On July 10, Glencoe police attempted to stop two alleged stolen vehicles around 4 a.m. near Lapier Street and Sheridan Road. According to a police report, one of the vehicles successfully fled south on Sheridan Road; however, the other crashed into a tree in the 0-100 block of Crescent Drive and the motorist fled on foot. Officers reportedly recovered a loaded gun inside the car. The motorist was located and apprehended with the help of neighboring law enforcement units. The individual was charged with armed violence, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal damage to government property and fleeing.
July 4
• Cash and credit cards reportedly were stolen from an unlocked car at Skokie Country Club, 500 Washington Ave.
HIGHLAND PARK
July 14
• Two unlocked cars with the keys inside reportedly were stolen in the 70 block of Johnston Drive.
July 11
• Cash and various items reportedly were stolen out of four unlocked vehicles parked in a driveway in the 2800 block of Lexington Lane W.
July 8
• Cash from a purse reportedly was taken on June 23 from a car parked in the 1200 block of Old Skokie Road.
